The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
I was extremely disappointed with the noise levels at night. Despite being on Level 11, I could clearly hear street sounds that disrupted my sleep. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, leaving everything fogged up after a shower, and the sliding door offered little privacy.

A delightful stay in Surfers Paradise
Walking into the hotel was a breath of fresh air. the decor radiated warmth and modern charm. The short stroll to the beach and local shops was a major perk.
While the lifts were serviceable, the wait times felt longer than expected, particularly during peak hours. the breakfast in the restaurant had some hiccups that could be improved.

It was a commendable fit for exploring town in Gold Coast with fantastic value for money. The lift had a unique grunge decor that added character to the stay. Request a higher floor to avoid noise.

would definitely come back there
Spacious Deluxe Twin Room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and kitchenette. Loved the hot tub and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. The room had a private bathroom, fridge, and all the toiletries you need. Super clean and comfy, great for relaxing with some Netflix too!

Had a great time chilling at the pool and soaking up the sun. We loved the rooftop bar vibe, and it was a blast sipping cocktails with friends while watching the sunset. Super handy location made it easy to hit the shops and cafes nearby. Staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and clean—perfect for a weekend getaway.
Our only hiccup was when we asked for an iron. they couldn’t find one to bring us. It would have been great if they'd had better management of their inventory to avoid such little inconveniences.
